First year as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State's Child Health Research Center (2025-present). 3 years as an Undergraduate Research Intern with UT Health San Antonio (2023-present), Kansas State University and Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center on Lackland Air Force Base (2021-2024).  College level teaching in biological science at Brigham Young University and The Utah College of Massage Therapy (2006-2014). 1 year of teaching nutrition intervention to elementary aged children with Kids Test Kitchen (2023-2024).
