Jennifer Savage Williams, Ph.D.

Dr. Savage Williams is the Director for the Child Health Research Center and a Professor in the College of Health and Human Development's Nutrition Department at Penn State.

Dr. Savage Williams studies: Behavioral (feeding practices, sleep) and individual factors that impact food intake; Responsive parenting; Clinical and community-based childhood obesity prevention interventions

Jennifer Barton Ph.D.

  • Assistant Research Professor

Dr. Barton is a developmental and family scientist who is interested in understanding how the contexts that infants and preschoolers are embedded can influence their nutrition, growth and health.

Emily Hohman Ph.D.

  • Associate Research Professor

Dr. Hohman is a nutrition scientist interested in understanding the biological, behavioral, and social processes that influence children's eating behavior, in order to develop the evidence base needed to create interventions that promote healthy eating behaviors and growth.
