Healthy Mom Zone (HMZ): A Gestational Weight Gain Management Intervention 2.0

Healthy Mom Zone (HMZ):

The Healthy Mom Zone (HMZ) 2.0 study is an ongoing clinical trial to understand if the enhanced intervention, that includes a new digital platform/control system to help pregnant people who have overweight manage their gestational weight gain and improve health outcomes, works and can be offered other pregnant people across a wide range of settings. The Center for Childhood Obesity Research developed and helped implement a healthy eating intervention.

Project Goals:

To identify if HMZ 2.0 helps pregnant people regulate gestational weight gain and does the influence the pregnant persons sleep and eating behaviors and infant health outcomes. HMZ 2.0 is also interested in using the information collected to inform dissemination across a wide range of settings.
